If your service has been canceled, you will have received notification via the email address you provided at the time of making your reservation, along with instructions on how to reschedule at no additional cost, or to obtain a refund.
You can also enter the appropriate details of your trip into the Manage Reservations section of the website to check the status of the trip. Any trips that have been cancelled will be highlighted and noted as such.
